**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate potential clients and market opportunities with a focus on leveraging your 1-2 years of sales experience in the staff augmentation industry.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to the sales team.
- Utilize your expertise to generate leads through social media, LinkedIn, online research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Schedule and conduct initial Zoom meetings, actively participating in sales presentations, and contributing to proposals for client meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to formulate and execute effective sales strategies, drawing on your industry experience.
- Attend client meetings, actively contribute insights, and take a lead role in discussions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the staff augmentation industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills honed through your previous sales experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as familiarity with industry-specific tools.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a continued eagerness to expand your expertise in the staff augmentation industry.
