Would you enjoy working closely with other Designer/Drafters and Engineers to ensure a coordinated design? Parsons is now hiring a BIM Manager for our rapidly expanding portfolio of projects. Parsons extensive experience in this field combined with your design knowledge and technical skills will propel your career forward.

We need our BIM Manager at this level to provide technical guidance to project design team in completing the most complex and difficult designs and layouts for complete systems and components of a project. In this role you will serve as Lead BIM for all phases of a project. Provide technical guidance to project design and drafting personnel, and functions as liaison with client, suppliers, and contractors regarding design issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- BIM onboarding of consultants and contractors.
Management of the setup/approval of the BIM execution plans.
Management of the EIR requirements to ensure aspirations are achieved.
Review deliverables.
Provide daily assistance to consultants and contractors.
Perform monitoring of CDE to adhere to the standards defined in the EIR.
Monitor design coordination process and BIM clash detection process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture or Engineering.
- 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong PC, BIM and CAD skills, as well as efficiency in utilizing computer software to complete design assignments.
- Requires the ability to perform in a lead capacity on a project.
