**Roya Al-Andalus Company** is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of **Sales Manager**. We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our professional team and drive the development of sales operations to achieve the company’s commercial goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Analyze market and customer data, providing reports and strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Prepare sales budgets and monitor performance against goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
- Propose innovative solutions to grow the client base and increase sales.
- Represent the company at trade events and exhibitions when necessary.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a results-oriented team.
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per month
