Position Title: HR Specialist/Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily human resources operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies;
- Manage recruitment, employee training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and other HR functions;
- Provide HR insights and support for organizational development and talent growth within the company;
Facilitate communication between management and employees, address labor disputes, and handle employee complaints and grievances;
Implement HR-related procedures and policies to ensure smooth operation of HR functions;
Support senior management with various HR-related projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Expertise in Saudi Labor Laws: Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws to ensure compliance in HR operations;
Experience: 2-5 years of human resources management experience in Saudi Arabia, with a solid understanding of the local job market and HR processes;
Cultural Adaptability: Understanding of and respect for Saudi and Middle Eastern culture, with the ability to thrive in an international working environment.
