**Main Job Responsibilities**
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecast
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
- Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Coordinating with other members of the financial team when required, to review financial information and forecast.
- Prepare KPI’s and corresponding analysis across the organization
- Communicate or liaise with direct management, finance personnel and other analysts in meeting task assigned by the firm
- Participate in various special projects
- Perform risk assessments
- Assist in payroll running process
