**Job Title: Procurement Officer**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sourcing and Vendor Management**: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with vendors.
- **Purchasing and Delivery**: Manage the purchasing process for goods and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor and manage procurement budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- **Compliance and Policy Adherence**: Ensure that procurement practices comply with legal requirements and organizational policies.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics.
- **Risk Management**: Identify risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- **Skills**:
- Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) are a plus.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
