**Role Purpose**
We are currently looking for a Resident Project Engineer (Onsite) for our Building Consultancy Supervision Project at TAYMA,TABUK, KSA with strong Civil and MEP background to administer various tasks.
**What This Job Involves**
- Project Engineer shall familiarize himself with the project details by studying the design drawings, scope of works, specifications, approved materials list, and all reference details related to the project to understand the client requirements.
- Project Engineer to coordinate with the Main Contractor for project start up and review the detailed schedule of Construction, QHSS plan, Mobilization plan, Material Submittal plan, etc.
- Project Engineer shall ensure that all the contractors follow Construction Health Safety & Security regulations at site, as per the standards agreed with Client.
- Project Engineer to monitor the daily activities of the project, conduct progress/technical Weekly coordination meetings with contractor and submit the Minutes of Meeting to Client.
- Project Engineer to coordinate with Client for the review the Shop drawings / Material submittals by the contractors, review the Prequalification for the sub-contractors & shall seek approval from Client. Resident Engineer to coordinate with his Mechanical and Electrical Engineers as required.
- Project Engineer to review the Method Statements for major Civil & Structural works and coordinate with his Mechanical and Electrical Engineers for MEP works.
- Project Engineer to inspect the Civil and Structural construction works at site as per the RFI’s from the contractors, issue NCRs for non-compliance work, review the weekly progress report and check for the adherence to the schedules, review of progress invoices, variations orders submitted by contractors prior to submission to Client.
- Project Engineer to coordinate with his Mechanical and Electrical Engineers for all MEP related works and shall maintain all the documents for records for reference for all the disciplines - Civil, Structural and MEP.
- Project Engineer shall submit the weekly progress report along with photographs, progress schedule to the client. He shall arrange to submit to client a set of all the project progress documents every month in soft copy.
- Project Engineer shall be responsible to invite for the third-party inspection as required for the insurance
- Project Engineer and his MEP team shall be Supervising the Testing & Commissioning of building services / equipment along with the contractor.
- Project Engineer and his MEP team shall maintain all documents related to testing and commissioning, logs, and related data.
- Project Engineer and his MEP team shall issue list of snags to all the contractors, supervise the de snagging works and provide the de snagging report.
- On the completion of the construction, Resident Engineer shall arrange to verify the As Built drawings of all disciplines prepared by all the contractors/ equipment suppliers, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Warranty documents, etc. and submit to the Client as part of Handing over documents.
**Salary**: From ﷼10,000.00 per month
