**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to the agreed-upon objectives and deadlines.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, updating project plans, and tracking progress against milestones.
- Gather and analyze project data to assist in developing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
- Assist in resource allocation and management to optimize project workflows and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
