SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.

**Position**:
Sicim is currently looking for 2 Expeditors for our projects based in Dammam and Uthmania.

The Expeditor, reporting to Procurement Manager, confirms schedules for equipment deliverables while maintaining relationships between suppliers, buyers, project managers & engineers, and logistics.

The person will responsible for the following activities:

- check the Supplier Control Plan in cases in which the project involves such activities;
- arrange and participate in meetings
- assure the correct document flow process during the review and approval phases between Engineering/SICIM/Suppliers;
- assure the technical communication between SICIM and Vendors and the correct flow of all the processes involved;
- expedite the production schedule, monitor the fabrication phases and collect feedback from the vendors.
- filing the documentation / sending a copy to the Worksite as provided for in the contract, updating the Weekly Inspection Table and the Weekly Expediting Table

**Requirements**:

- at least five years of experience in the position
- Iqama Transferable
- Experience in O&G projects will be considered an advantage
