** Power Sector Experience or Experience with BESS is a must**

**About the Role**:
PowerTek is looking for a **SCADA / Communications Engineer** to lead integration oversight between battery controls, BoP systems, and utility grid operations. This includes SCADA design review, cyber compliance checks, and testing protocols.

**Responsibilities**:

- Validate SCADA architecture, redundancy, and data flow mapping.
- Interface with grid operator on telemetry and comms compliance.
- Oversee system FATs and interoperability testing.
- Address cyber-secure OT/IT design requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years in SCADA/automation systems, ideally in utility-scale power projects.
- Experience with IEC 61850, DNP3, and industrial communication protocols.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity protocols in energy.
- FAT/SAT and commissioning experience required.
