**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and perform various NDT techniques such as ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MPT), liquid penetrant testing (LPT), radiographic testing (RT), and visual testing (VT) to detect flaws, defects, or irregularities in materials, welds, and structures.
- Lead calibration activities for equipment, instruments, and tools to ensure accurate measurements and adherence to calibration standards.
- Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations for corrective actions if necessary.
- Manage the maintenance and calibration of testing equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and comply with standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and project managers to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
