**Main Scope**

Responsible to perform in painting / spray painting works in powder coating and aeris coating plant.

**Core & Competitive Abilities Level**
- Diploma in Vocational / TESDA / Industrial Training Institute (ITI) is an

**Education Level** advantage
- Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC)

HVAC production of various goods.

**Knowledge** **Knowledgeable in HVAC tool’s operation, usage, maintenance, and designs**

- 1-5 years’ experience as painter in powder coating / enamel spray painting in

manufacturing or related industry.

**Skills & Experience**
- Can read and understand engineering drawing.
- Familiar with measuring instruments.
- Good verbal and written communication in English is an advantage.

**Main Performance Areas**

**Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities**
- Handles chemical titration/addition.
- Cleans, hang, load/unload the material as per requirement / job-wise.
- Performs manual powder coating / touch-up / enamel spray painting.
- Maintains curing temperature, time and paint thickness by following chargehand/foreman’s instruction.
- Performs powder coating colour change and cleans booths and floor as well the equipment and accessories being used.
- Ensure and performs quality check and inspection and report immediately to the chargehand/foreman any non-conformance found for immediate action to be done.
- Reports for work “on-time”.
- Achieves production targets by performing operation in the given time.
- Maintains a high level of safety at all times.
- Maintains clean working environment by complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations.

Performs efficiently and effectively any other tasks to be assigned by the superior.
