**Min 5 years experience working in Solar PV plant with hands on expertise with Grid distribution/Dispatch of Power load as per the requirements.**

**This is a new Challenging role that requires meticulous performance and seamless discharge of duties for the one of a kind Solar project located near Umluj, KSA**.

To work under the direction of Shift Superintendent. The job holder is accountable for supervising day-to-day power distribution network functions and do the required operations to manage power quality & availability in secure and safe manner. Excellent analyses and communication skills are needed for this role, as he will monitor & control power delivery between power grid & end user and response to customers complaints.

**Job Management**
- Do all the remote operation of distribution network.
- Coordinate with transmission dispatcher to ensure power quality at each delivery points is as required.
- Monitor and response to distribution alarms to ensure system abnormal conditions are immediately identified.
- Response to system emergency and interruption.
- Diagnose outage and fault locations utilizing available information.
- Communicate with connected customers to assure satisfaction.
- Monitor power consumption at delivery point and report any variation.
- Log and report system events as required.
- Operate & Control power distribution network in accordance with Saudi Distribution Code requirements.
- Ensure distribution equipment loading within operational limit.
- Log and report system events as required.
- Prepare monthly report for power consumption at each delivery point.

**Skills**:
**Solar Power generation plants**

**Experience in similar plants in Middle East**
- 3 years’ experience in distribution system operation and maintenance.
- Good knowledge and exposure to distribution network
- Deep knowledge and exposure to safety practices related to power systems.

**Skills**:

- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of different power system equipment functionality and operation.
- Awareness of HSE & quality standards
- Extensive knowledge of operating systems like SCADA, CSU, Load Shedding etc.
- Critical thinking.
- Knowledge of power maintenance activities
- Planning, organizing, and integration skills
