As Projects Director, you will drive the strategic direction and oversee the successful delivery of multiple high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, industry standards, and client expectations.

**Key Accountabilities***:

- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations. Set project priorities and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects involving HV and EHV substations.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, directing resources to achieve optimal project delivery outcomes. Oversee risk management and mitigation across multiple projects, adapting strategies as necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-level client relations, ensuring transparency and fostering long-term partnerships. Lead consistent communication efforts, providing project updates and aligning stakeholder interests.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, authorizing expenditures, and ensuring financial alignment across projects. Provide guidance on the allocation of human and technical resources to achieve project and organizational objectives.
- Establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring all projects meet industry and company-specific guidelines. Oversee quality assurance protocols and conduct periodic audits to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
- Lead project managers and cross-functional teams, providing mentorship and development opportunities to enhance their capabilities. Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within project teams.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience***:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a masters degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing and directing large-scale substation or infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is required.
- A profound understanding of SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) and the intricacies of the Saudi Arabian Substations sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and developing high-performance teams, strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of managing client relationships at an executive level.
