OSAS Medical is a leading company that trades and supports the healthcare industry with state-of-the-art medical equipment, devices, and supporting consumables.

OSAS Medical has dedicated offices in Saudi Arabia (Kingdom level), UAE (Dubai - Business Bay), Bahrain (Manama).

We are currently looking for **Quality specialist - Western Region (Jeddah)**

In this position, you will be responsible for planning and implementing healthcare quality management and quality improvement programs, monitoring processes and systems, investigating incidents and making recommendations for improvements.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with medical quality standards and health, safety and environmental regulations, and supervise their implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate processes and systems to ensure the quality of health care provided and identify potential deficiencies and other problems.
- Investigate quality incidents, identify the root causes of incidents, understand the likelihood of their reoccurrence and its impact, and oversee the resolution of those incidents.
- Develop recommendations to improve processes and systems to prevent systematic or occasional quality problems.
- Preparing and submitting reports on the quality of medical services and providing recommendations to improve them and reduce accidents and surrounding risks.
- Paying attention to developing the organization’s quality management system and continuously updating it.

**Qualifications and skills**:
The quality specialist needs a variety of technical, administrative and communication skills to achieve success in his mission. Among the main skills that a quality specialist need is:

- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, business administration, or any related specialty (preferably classified by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties).
- Good level of spoken and written English.
- Experience 1 year or more.
- Knowledge of quality concepts: The quality specialist needs a deep understanding of quality concepts, standards, procedures and tools that can be used to improve performance.
- Managerial skills: The quality specialist must have strong management skills, such as planning, organizing, effective resource management and project management.
- Analysis and critical thinking: The quality specialist needs the ability to analyze data and performance and think critically to identify strong and weak points in the production process and make the necessary recommendations to improve them.

We are looking for a self-driven, ambitious, assertive person who is flexible, responsible, results-oriented, proactive with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently but also in a team.
