**About the role**:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll transform ideas and briefs into eye-catching, on-brand visuals across digital and print. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to deliver designs that are not only visually striking but also consistent and effective in driving impact.

**What You’ll Do**
- Produce print collateral (posters, roll-ups, flyers, banners, event materials).
- Adapt master visuals into size/format variations while maintaining brand consistency.
- Support campaign concepts with moodboards, style frames, and quick explorations.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to iterate based on feedback/data.
- Manage assets, organize files, and meet fast turnarounds with version control.
- Conduct basic image editing, retouching, and mockups.
- Create simple animations for reels/stories

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma/Canva.
- Basic motion/animation skills (After Effects or equivalent) are a plus.
- Comfortable with fast feedback cycles and tight deadlines.
