The Role
Our client is a highly prestigious government authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with its headquarters directly linked to the office of the Crown Prince of the Kingdom. They are seeking a corporate governance director to take over the following responsibilities. - Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's enterprise governance framework, ensuring alignment with best practices, regulatory requirements, and internationals standards. - Develop and review the Authority of Delegation enterprise policies, charters. - Conduct regular reviews of the governance framework and recommend appropriate updates as needed. - Serve as a key advisor to the Board of Directors and its committees, providing guidance on governance matters, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance issues. - Manage the internal reporting process and ensure accurate and timely communication of governance-related information to the Board and relevant stakeholders. - Foster a proactive and governance-aware culture throughout the organization by promoting governance awareness and best practices. - Foster a culture of ethical conduct and transparency throughout the organization. - Develop and implement training programs on corporate governance and ethical practices for employees at all levels. - Identify and assess potential governance-related risks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field is required. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise governance, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective governance frameworks. - Deep understanding of enterprise governance principles, best practices, and relevant regulations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex governance challenges. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Leadership and team-building skills, capable of managing and motivating a team of governance professionals. - Excellent organizational and time management skills
