**Join Our Clients Team in Abuja, Nigeria Resident Manager - Leading 300-Room Hotel**
Are you ready to lead the charge in one of Abuja's premier hotels? We're seeking a seasoned Resident Manager to oversee the entirety of an impressive operation, including multiple F&B outlets, and extensive function and banquet facilities catering to over 1000 guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage daily hotel operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Supervise and mentor a diverse team across various departments, ensuring high standards of service.
Drive revenue through strategic management of F&B outlets and banquet facilities.
Maintain operational efficiency and uphold brand standards in a dynamic hospitality environment.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in African markets, preferably within leading 5-star hotel environments.
Strong background in F&B management with a track record of success.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
**Benefits**:
