- Assist in managing and coordinating the stewarding team's daily activities and schedules
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas, storage facilities, and equipment to maintain cleanliness and functionality
- Train and mentor stewarding staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
- Assist in developing and implementing cost-effective strategies to optimize resource utilization
- Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies related to stewarding operations
- Participate in the recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development of stewarding staff
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required by management

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in stewarding or related hospitality roles
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Food Safety Certification (e.g., ServSafe)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred
- Thorough understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Expertise in cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Proficiency in inventory control and cost management techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving around the facility
