Job Title Industrial Security Man

Scope of Work The Industrial Security Man play a key role in the protection of Ma’aden premises, assets, and personnel. They should project a Security Presence which is both commanding and authoritative whilst still always being calm and professional and working in full compliance with the assignment and guidelines.

To security, patrol or manage, but not limited to property, building, reception area, access control equipment, barriers, vehicles, fire duties, ID document verification, and performs security and admin tasks designated to him.

Key Responsibilities
- To arrive on the shift on time and ready to work in the assigned position.
- To dress correctly for their duty at the start of each shift.
- To carry out the appointed duties during the shift.
- To observe any security systems including fire alarms, access control systems, CCTV and immediately report any systems malfunction at the site.
- To report all occurrences to the Industrial Security Supervisor and help in recording them.
- Provide help for the Industrial Security Supervisor as may be required.
- To keep company disciplinary procedures.
- To become a team member and perform duties to a high standard.

- Mentally and physically capable.
- Verbal communication skills.
- Capable of reporting incidents verbally and in writing.
- Remain calm and polite but firm and raise any incident to the Industrial Security Supervisor as required.

Educational Requirements / Qualifications
- At least completion of High School.
- At least 3 years work experience in an Industrial Security field.
- Display an aptitude for security work and have ambition for future career development.
- Must have a reasonable working knowledge of English (level 2).
- Computer skills.

Preferred Experience
- Enthusiasm to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the demanding requirements of working in the security industry.

- Ability to work with minimum of supervision.
