**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels and locations.
- Ensure that the warehouse is organized and materials are stored safely.
- Coordinate with project managers to fulfill materials requests promptly.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
- Implement safety and compliance measures in the warehouse.
- Assist in loading and unloading operations as needed.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the construction field.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and equipment.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
