**Job Purpose**:
To ensure the implementation of safety and health standards across construction sites and company operations, identify and mitigate risks, and contribute to creating a safe working environment in compliance with local laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and enforce safety procedures and practices on construction sites.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily and weekly safety reports for management.
- Ensure all employees and contractors comply with safety instructions and PPE requirements.
- Deliver safety orientations and awareness sessions to workers and engineers.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and safety systems for compliance and functionality.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g., Civil Defense) regarding safety matters.
- Implement and maintain safety systems in accordance with ISO 45001 and other applicable standards.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in safety engineering within the construction industry.
- Valid professional safety certification (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and construction site protocols.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage safety tasks across multiple project sites.
