- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in civil engineering processes, seeking ways to optimize efficiency and deliver innovative solutions.
- Liaise with external consultants and specialists to leverage expertise and best practices in civil engineering design and construction techniques.Represent the company in meetings with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring clear communication of project requirements.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, including experience in leading and managing civil engineering teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
