We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Nursery Academic Supervisor** to join our team and lead the academic development and educational quality of our nursery programs.

The Academic Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum, supporting teachers, and ensuring the highest standards of care and learning. This role is vital in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations aligned with educational goals and the Ministry of Education’s guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support teachers and teaching assistants in curriculum planning and classroom practices.
- Ensure the implementation of age-appropriate, engaging learning activities.
- Monitor classroom environments to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with local education standards.
- Provide ongoing professional development and coaching for teachers.
- Communicate with parents regarding academic progress and development.
- Assist in daily operations and collaborate with the management on school policies and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** working in nurseries or preschools in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education best practices and regulatory requirements in KSA.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in **Arabic** and **English** is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and child-centered approach to education.
