Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **PMO Director **to join our team In this role the **PMO Director **is responsible for Manage the overall projects and programs across the different sectors within respective portfolios.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Mange the overall projects and programs across the different sectors within respective portfolios.
- Ensure having a full alignment amongst all concerned portfolio stakeholders regarding to the overall projects progress.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of overall portfolio documentations and deliverables including archiving under respective system.
- Monitor, communicate and update the portfolio progress (timeline, budget and scope).
- Manage the overall portfolio risks and issues following the escalation process in place.
- Comply with the overall projects governance in place (framework, engagement models, methodologies etc).
- Ensure having an updated projects information in the Enterprise Project Management tool across all portfolio.
- Generate periodic reports about the overall portfolio progress.
- Develop and maintain various supporting frameworks, methodologies and guidelines that will improve the overall engagement with different stakeholders and the projects delivery subsequently.
- Promote project management standards with concerned business units.
- Manage the recruitment process across the portfolio.

**Minimum Requirements (Education, Certification, Experience, Abilities, and skills)**
- 10-15 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in BA/ BBS, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Project Management or relevant field).
- Delivery of respective projects portfolio nature.
- Track record of establishing credibility with senior executives and team members.
- Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Master’s degree is a plus in related field.
- PMP/Prince2 is required and PMP certified is a plus.

**KPIS**
- Percentage of successful project delivery in terms of scope, time and budget.
- Percentage of timely/approved projects documentation in place and in line with the SLA.
- Percentage of performed project quality check score in line with quality check manual.
- Full Compliance with the approved handbook and engagement model in place across all assigned projects.
- Accurate/timely issues/risks documentation, communication, resolution/mitigation and escalation with correct priority classification.
- Percentage of accurate/timely/completed submission of all periodic reports.
- Full accurate/timely/completed support to PMO Head on ad-hoc requests with required quality.
- Maintenance and approval of respective engagement model document and related documents.
- The completeness, accuracy, validity and quality of all projects information and deliverables.
- Number of revision for requested deliverables.
- The percentage of issues facilitated without PMO Head support.
- The effectiveness of the respective team members’ performance/deliverables.
- Percentage of turnover / attrition rate.
- Timely closure of assigned internal audit findings.
- Fulfilling manpower requirements.
