Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement internal audit strategies to ensure compliance with IFRS, ISA, and company policies.
- Lead and manage financial and operational audits, identifying risks and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements and best corporate governance practices.
- Collaborate with external auditors (Big 4) and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management for enhancing internal controls.
- Supervise and mentor the internal audit team, ensuring effective execution of audit plans.

**Requirements**:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✔ 5+ years of experience in auditing, preferably with a Big 4 firm or in the energy sector.

✔ Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and Saudi regulatory frameworks.

✔ Proficiency in audit and financial software (SAP, Oracle, ACL, etc.).

✔ CPA, ACCA, CIA, or SOCPA certification is a strong plus.

✔ Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
