**_ Summary:_**

This is a combined role as part of the site Order Engineering team handling technical administration and KPI reporting combined with creating Engineering Bills of Material items master and Solidworks drawing modifications as a first step on the engineering career road map. The incumbent reports to the Order Engineering Manager.

**Standard Accountabilities**
- Complete bill of material variations for “manufacture to order” products
- Develop completed bill of materials for all “engineering to order” products as required to release order to production
- Prepare and release instructions, routing cards and other documentation to business unit operations.
- Prepare job specific Installation, Operation Manual
- Maintain and create item masters
- Prepare advanced procurement notices

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Meet project timelines for engineering documentation and gather approval at the first issue
- Ensure customer satisfaction, accuracy and timeliness of customer documentation
- Provide rework or resubmittal documentation in agreed-upon cycles to obtain approvals.

**Additional responsibilities**:

- Administrative support to Engineering Department and Manager.
- Preparation of engineering reports and KPI’s
- Preparation and management of eng department databases.
- Engineering SharePoint administrator
- ECN administration
