The Role
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within the paper manufacturing or recycling industry. - Proven experience in managing production of corrugated / containerboard rolls materials, specifically jumbo rolls. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. - Demonstrated ability to analyze production metrics and implement strategies for improvement. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
