we are Health Insights, hiring **Facility Management and Safety Supervisor in Jeddah.**

**knowledge of CBAHI Standards and CBAHI Essential Safety Requirements is a must.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Helping a healthcare facility maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, visitors and others, including in assisting the staff in safety education, monitoring the environment, assessing the hazardous and unsafe situations and reporting.
- Ensure that the general orientation related to Facility Management and Safety is conducted to all new arrivals of employees in all departments.
- operates and maintains all the complex utility systems and equipment associated in supporting the patient care, in a manner that will promote a safe and comfortable environment.
- Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
- Ensures efficient and smooth complex operations that are not often interrupted by a diverse range of technical difficulties and make sure that they meet legal requirements and health and safety standards.
- Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments and building projects and ensures that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.
- Ensuring that an effective fire protection, prevention, and response are in place.
- Establish an incident reporting system and safety surveillance program.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality at work, especially with information related to patients, employees, visitors and others.
- Familiar with the variety of the fields of policy and procedures, concepts, and practices, with its proper compliance within and outside his department especially those related to patients, employees and environmental safety.
- Actively participate, assumes commitments and responsibilities in the different quality improvement, risk management, patient/employee safety as well as the environmental health and safety activities in the complex.

**Required Skills**:

- Degree of Bachelor in related field.
- Any Nationality
- At least 2 years experiences in Facility Management and Safety in a Healthcare organization or quality management in health sector
- Capable to work under pressure.
- Computer skills (Windows and Microsoft)
- English and Arabic language.
