**As a **Senior Graphic Designer,you will lead and manage the design process, ensuring that visual materials meet high-quality standards and align with the creative vision and objectives of the organization**

**Key Accountabilities**

**The position involves**:

- Creating and designing various materials for both print and digital collateral.
- Ensuring that projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Establishing creative direction for the company and developing brand guidelines.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects within design specifications and budget constraints.
- Performing image retouching and manipulation.
- Working with a wide range of media and utilizing graphic design software.
- Keeping up-to-date with design and software trends.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements as necessary.
- Collaborating with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and materials are printed or presented to the highest quality.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**

**We Are Looking For**:

- A Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience.
- Experience working in advertising agencies would be a plus.
- Proven graphic design experience.
- The ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in crafts with excellent attention to detail.
- Capability to comprehend briefs and translate them into visual elements.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
