The Role
**Job Description - MDM Strategy Development**: Lead the design and execution of MDM strategies, aligning them with the organization's goals for data governance and quality. - Informatica MDM Implementation : Oversee the implementation and optimization of Informatica MDM solutions to manage master data efficiently across different systems. - Data Governance and Quality : Collaborate with data stewards and governance teams to define and enforce policies that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of master data. - Cross-Functional Leadership : Work with IT, business analysts, and data teams to integrate MDM solutions into various business processes. - Data Integration : Ensure seamless data integration between Informatica tools and other systems such as ERP and CRM. - Performance Monitoring : Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the health of master data, ensuring continuous data quality improvement. - Training & Mentorship : Provide guidance and training to internal teams on MDM best practices and the use of Informatica tools.
**Requirements**:
