**Responsibilities**:
- Leading infrastructure design and development for large-scale civil and infrastructure projects (e.g., highways, utility networks, drainage, earthworks).- Supervising and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors throughout all phases of design and construction.- Providing technical expertise and quality control on detailed engineering designs and reports.- Reviewing and approve infrastructure design drawings, calculations, and specifications.- Ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in KSA.- Managing stakeholder communication, project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.- Supporting tender preparation, evaluation, and contract documentation.- Conducting site inspections and provide engineering guidance during construction phases.- Championing innovation, sustainability, and value engineering across projects.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15+ years work experience with at least 10 years of experience working on mixed use development, partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
