**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee offshore dredging projects, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify any potential issues or delays, and implement appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Manage and supervise project teams, including dredge operators and support personnel
- Oversee the procurement of equipment, materials, and services
- Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in offshore dredging

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore dredging projects, with a proven track record of successful project management
- Extensive knowledge of dredging techniques, equipment, and procedures
- Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in managing budgets and financial aspects of projects
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Valid UAE driving license
