As a **Junior Financial Analyst**, you will play a vital role in supporting our Senior Analysts and the wider FP&A team. Your primary role will involve structuring and analyzing both financial & non-financial data, report preparation and providing valuable insights to aid in the decision-making process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Extract and cleanse data from various data sources
- Validate data for accuracy and completeness by cross-analyzing data to other data sources
- Identify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies
- Liaise and collaborate with other business departments in ensuring and enhancing data accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of financial models both historical and forward looking
- Provide support throughout month-end reporting process
- Interpret data to recognize changing trends, patterns and their meaning related to key performance indicators
- Perform deep-dive analyses into different revenue streams and cost structures
- Carry out a constant review of manual and system processes, recommending and implementing improvements and helping to tighten controls
- Propose initiatives to help increase revenues, margins or other key company objectives
- Assist the Finance team in ad hoc data analysis, reporting and business modelling as well as month-end and year-end reporting requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Must have 1-2 years experience in accounting/finance department, preferably in an analyst type of role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and various modelling techniques
- Must be a critical thinker with an eye for detail
- Proven experience in managing and analyzing data including utilizing various techniques in cleansing and validating data accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects & assignments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English is mandatory

***Non-KSA citizen** - Transferable Iqama, with iqama profession that matches the job title /** KSA citizen with overseas degree** - must provide a university certificate equalization from ministry of higher education
