**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Security Guidance:

- Provide expert-level guidance and consultation on network security strategies and best practices.
- Assess current security measures and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Security Framework Implementation:

- Advise on the implementation of industry-standard security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Lead the development and documentation of security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Incident Response and Risk Management:

- Develop and implement incident response plans to promptly address and mitigate security incidents.
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential security vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
- Collaboration and Training:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all areas of the technology stack.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to mentor staff on network security awareness.
- Research and Development:

- Stay updated with emerging threats and new technologies in the network security landscape.
- Conduct research to identify the effectiveness of new security technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in network security, with a focus on enterprise-level security solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex security projects and initiatives.
- Certifications:

- Must hold at least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CCIE Security, or CEH.
- Technical Skills:

- Extensive knowledge of security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network protocols.
- Proficiency in vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.
- Experience with cloud security concepts and tools.
- Key Competencies:

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire team members and stakeholders.
