Warehouse Assistant

**Duties & Responsibilities: -**
- Placed incoming inventory in optimal storage locations to promote continued accuracy and easy retrieval
- Alternated goods in inventory by observing first-in and first-out approach to keep shelves organized and properly stocked
- Kept documentation and records accurate and up to date with latest data to prevent errors in processing or delivery.
- Coordinate of all materials to ensure they are moved, stored and segregated correctly in the warehouse.
- Coordinate the movements and storage of finished products
- Uses warehouse management systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (Oracle) software.
- Follows all company policies and procedures.

Supervision of workers guidance and training on the tasks above

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.

Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or relevant field.
- A maximum of 5 years experience in a similar role
