Job title: Senior SAP FICO/FM Techno functional Consultant (Carve Out Specialist)

Start : December / January

Location: SAUDI ARABIA

Duration: 6 months rolling contract

Languages: English (Arabic is a plus)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO/FM Techno functional Consultant with a strong background in Finance, Controlling & Funds management data migration. The SAP FICO/FM Data Migration Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless transition of financial data into the SAP system during implementation/conversion/carve out, system upgrades or data migrations. This role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO/FM functional and technical details, accounting processes, debugging, data migration methodologies and financial data analysis (reconciliation) specific to SAP carve in/ carve out (Internal restructuring/demerger) projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customizing/Configuration Checking: Collaborate with business users and client IT team to validate the configuration for FICO, FM modules.
- WRICEF Validation: Collaborate with client IT team to validate the WRICEF objects of FICO, FM modules.
- Data Migration Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring mínimal disruption to ongoing business operations.
- Data Extraction: Extract financial data from legacy systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Data Transformation: Transform and map data to match SAP FI data structures and formats.
- Data Cleansing: Identify and rectify data inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates to ensure high data quality.
- Data Load: Use SAP data migration tools and techniques to load financial data into the SAP FI system.
- Integration: Work on integrating SAP FI with other relevant modules to ensure a smooth transition.
- Validation and Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate data migration results and troubleshoot issues.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of data migration processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- User Training: Provide training and support to end users to ensure they can effectively work with migrated data in SAP FI.
- Post-Migration Support: Offer post-migration support to address any data-related issues or discrepancies.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP FI best practices and data migration techniques to continuously improve processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in finance or accounting or Qualified/Semi qualified accounting professional such as CA, CMA, ACCA etc.
- Extensive experience with SAP FICO/FM and Data migration activities such as historical data migration, SAP table to table migration using SAP approved tools such as Crystal bridge/SNP,.
- Proficiency in SAP data migration tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal/Written) and teamwork skills.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Project management experience is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- SAP FI/CO certification.
- Real time Experience & Knowledge in SAP transformation tools such as Crystal Bridge/SNP tool, SAP SLO, and its data migration capabilities.
- Experience with SAP data migration/conversion objects such as LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) BDC, BAPI etc.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge in other module integrations with SAP Finance, Controlling & Funds management modules such as Project systems, Plant maintenance, Materials Management

**Essential skills**
- **Extensive experience with SAP FICO/FM and Data migration activities such as historical data migration, SAP table to table migration using SAP approved tools such as Crystal bridge/SNP**
