**Job Description - Architectural Draftsman (Finishes Shop & Fabrication Drawings)**

**Job Title**:
Architectural Draftsman - Finishes Shop & Fabrication Drawings

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare shop drawings for finishes such as gypsum works, doors, wooden works, flooring, wall finishes, and other interior elements.
- Develop fabrication drawings in coordination with production teams and workshops to ensure precise dimensions and details.
- Review architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings and coordinate to avoid conflicts.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and site teams to clarify details and resolve conflicts or inquiries.
- Produce accurate and clear detail drawings that can be easily understood by execution or fabrication teams.
- Update drawings based on feedback or approved modifications from the consultant or client.
- Organize and archive drawings for easy retrieval.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing finishes shop and fabrication drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of finishes details, materials, and construction methods.
- High accuracy and commitment to deadlines.

- Effective communication skills with different teams.
