Refurbishment of various equipment in workshop.
- Handling of Equipment & components (Offloading/Loading/Lifting) as per HSE standards.
- Follow NOV procedures, specifications & Drawings for repair activities.
- Work within the QMS.
- Perform trouble shooting of equipment.
- Perform Pre-Dismantling inspection of equipment.
- Perform Mechanical Disassembly of equipment as per NOV procedures.
- Perform inspection including measurements of critical components as per NOV procedure.
- Assist removal of all electrical wirings, Junction boxes, all other electrical related components from Drilling equipment during dismantling as per NOV procedures.
- Perform inspection of Electrical components as per NOV procedure.
- Perform inspection & repair of Hydraulic components.
- Prepare Inspection report and submit to QC for Review.
- Prepare Bill of Material required for Re-assembly after detail inspection and submit workshop lead for review.
- Create daily work done reports.
- Receive, verify, and segregate the components for Re-assembly.
- Inspect repaired/machined components prior to assembly.
- Report if any non-conformance observed.
- Prepare & Re-assemble the equipment as per NOV spec and procedure.
- Ensure all products are assembled using the correct components per “bill of material”.
- Perform FAT, Pressure Tests & trouble shoot of equipment.
- Work with operations to identify product improvements.
- Perform & assist RCA related tasks.
- Perform other work-related task as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
