JASARA PMC is currently hiring a Senior Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a Senior Infrastructure Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our infrastructure systems and networks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure the availability, performance, and security of our infrastructure. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of infrastructure professionals.
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's infrastructure systems and networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess infrastructure needs, recommend solutions, and develop infrastructure strategies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects and services.
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of network hardware, software, and security systems.
- Develop and implement infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead infrastructure projects, including planning, resource allocation, and monitoring of project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the infrastructure systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest infrastructure trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of infrastructure professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure management roles.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, networks, and security best practices.
- Experience with cloud technologies, virtualization, and network administration.
- Proven experience in managing and leading infrastructure projects and teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
