**Center Operator - Falak Training Center**

**Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Profit-Sharing Arrangement)
**Salary**: Profit-sharing model tied to center performance

Falak Training Center is a growing professional training provider dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations with world-class education. Inspired by the spirit of discovery, Falak delivers technical, management, and personal development training programs tailored for today’s professionals.

We are now seeking an experienced and well-connected Center Operator to lead and manage the full operations of Falak TC. This is an entrepreneurial role with ownership-level responsibilities and a lucrative profit-sharing compensation model.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the training center.
- Manage bookings, schedules, and utilization of training facilities.
- Ensure smooth course delivery and high-quality client experiences.
- **Trainer & Course Management**:

- Coordinate with trainers, speakers, and facilitators.
- Develop and expand Falak’s training portfolio.
- Maintain quality standards across all training programs.
- **Client & Business Development**:

- Leverage industry connections to secure corporate and government clients.
- Lead negotiations, partnerships, and client account management.
- Represent Falak as a trusted provider in the Saudi training market.
- **Strategic Leadership**:

- Take ownership of revenue growth and profitability.
- Drive business expansion through innovative programs and partnerships.
- Work with the leadership team to position Falak for long-term success.

**Qualifications**:

- **8+ years of experience** in training, education, corporate development, or a related field.
- Strong existing network of corporate, government, and industry clients in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven ability to manage training programs, clients, and business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate as a business owner.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English (preferred).

Compensation
- **Profit-Sharing Structure**: A generous percentage of net profits, directly tied to performance.
