We would like you to join us as a Planning Analyst supporting the planning and coordination of various activities within the DC.

As a Planning Analyst you’ll ensure planning processes run efficiently, resources are allocated effectively, and timelines are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help streamline and optimize planning efforts.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

- Calculate production capacity based on provided 3M, (Man, Material & Machine) and assist in the development and execution of plans, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure alignment and adherence to commitment and timelines
- Allocate resources, including personnel DL & IDL, to ensure the successful execution of DC Operations and tasks
- Maintain records of planning resource allocation, generate and distribute regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed of /DC operations progress
- Analyse planning data to identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making by providing insights and recommendations
- Facilitate communication and coordination among DC teams, ensuring that information flows efficiently.
- Serve as a point of contact for planning-related inquiries and issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the planning department
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyse data to identify trends and key performance metrics
- Customise reports to meet the specific needs of different departments, teams, or projects
- Schedule and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders on a regular and ad-hoc basis, ensuring timely delivery
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business's strategic plans
- Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps that support and enhance business goals
- Analyse and problem-solve complex business challenges and propose effective solutions

**About You**

**Essential**:

- Excellent Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint presentation
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and vendors
- Ability to identify and address planning-related challenges and provide effective solutions
- Ability to adjust plans and strategies in response to changing circumstances
- strong team player with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and departments
- Efficiently manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in project planning, coordination, or a related role is a plus
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
