**Job Description**:

- Supervises quality assurance inspection staff and sub-consultants to verify the work is performed in compliance with the plans and specifications;
- Supports the RE/SRE in assuming the Engineer's Delegate role in administering the Contract Administration.
- Monitors and assumes responsibility for the safety of AECOM’s Staff and Contractor's personnel.
- Coordinates and communicates with the Client, Authorities and Contractors personnel.
- Processes daily project documentation and construction observations.
- Prepares, issues and tracks Contractor’s Non-Conformance reports.
- Reviews Inspectors’ and Sub-consultants’ Daily Work Reports.
- Prepares correspondence to the Contractor and Client.
- May provide technical direction to Engineers, Inspectors and Surveyors.
- Leads Weekly Progress Meetings with the Client, Contractor and other team members in the absence of the RE.
- Maintains project documents in accordance with Company and Client requirements.
- Prepares monthly project status updates.
- Performs other duties as required by the work and assigned by the RE/SRE.
- Performs walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to assure conformance with specifications and design.
- Assumes people management responsibilities such as daily timekeeping, performance management, annual performance review and the development and mentoring of staff.
- Should know FIDIC based contracts or equivalent.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 15 years of experience (GCC exposure is preferred)
- Preferred airports experience
- QA/QC manager - project title
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (quality field)
- Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal) or ASQ certification (CMQ/OE, CQA, or CQE).
