- Functions as the Aviation Maintenance Quality Control Supervisor under the direction of the IMSS Division Manager. The Aviation Quality Control Supervisor implements and oversees aviation quality procedures in order to create a safe and efficient operating environment. Supervises and provides technical direction, training, and guidance to three (3) different MDS aircraft Quality Control departments that consist of three (3) QC Leads and 24 Technical Inspector/TI Trainers. Performs Technical Inspector/Inspector Authorization duties including sign-off of all red ‘X’ and circle red ‘X’ conditions pertaining to the aircraft systems, and aircraft components. Maintains a current Master Publications Technical Library and all applicable aircraft forms and records. Oversees and trains the Weight and Balance (W&B) program. Functions as the site Quality Control Data Analyst for maintenance trends, and the technical and compliance documentation administrator. Establishes the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards, measures and reports in support of the maintenance program for all maintenance support activities. Ensures that all related operations are conducted in a safe manner. Conducts internal and customer technical inspector training as required.**Major Duties and Responsibilities**

**A.** Duties/responsibilities:
1. Ensures that maintenance quality control functional activities and procedures among designated organizations are aligned, and synchronized with maintenance process and procedures to achieve established platform operational readiness (OR) rates IAW contractual requirements.

2. Responsible for the establishment of maintenance quality control processes, procedures, records and reports, that provide immediate situational awareness of platform OR rates.

3. Establishes monthly maintenance quality control organizational goals with production control, objectives and priorities for implementation in order to achieve stated OR rates.

4. Establish the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards, measures, reports in support of the maintenance program.

5. Reports to directed inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to quality control maintenance processes and supporting maintenance activities to the Maintenance Manager through the quality control supervisor.

6. Responsible to the required certification, training, currency and qualifications of the quality control technical inspectors function.

7. Attends a daily production control meeting for coordination and synchronization with maintenance section representative and SCM representative as required.

8. Supports a professional development program in support of Saudization-localization.

9. Ensures all Quality control maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.

10. Supports, in coordination with the Maintenance Manager and Flight Operations Manager, the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) process and procedure.

11. Other duties as assigned and or directed by management.

**B.** Independence: Authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.C. Supervisory Responsibilities: Primary Manager with mutable direct reports and deliverables. Property accountability as assigned to support operations.

**Minimum Qualifications**

**A.** Education Level:
- 1. Required: High school diploma or equivalent required.- 2. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.**B.** Training Certifications:
- 1. Required: Graduate of a US Military aviation maintenance course or civilian equivalent.- 2. Required: Graduate form a US military Senior Aviation Maintenance course or civilian equivalent.- 3. Required: Knowledge of AS9110 Quality Management System for Aviation Maintenance.- 4. Preferred: FAA Airframe & Power plant license.**C.** Experience:
- 1. Required: Fifteen (15) years’ experience in aviation maintenance.- 2. Required: Five (5) years’ experience as an aircraft mechanic or maintenance officer.- 3. Required: Two (2) years’ experience as a Quality Control Officer or Supervisor.- 4. Required: Five (5) years’ supervisory experience in aviation maintenance.**D.** Specific knowledge, skills, ability:
- 1. Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.- 2. Proficient in MS Office software.- 3. Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.- 4. Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
