**Position**: Full-Time FEMALE Pilates Instructor

Are you a passionate and certified Pilates instructor looking to be a foundational part of something new and exciting? Our premier gym is opening soon in the vibrant North of Jeddah, and we are seeking a dynamic instructor to inspire our members and build our Pilates community from the ground up.

**About the Role**:
In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and safe Pilates classes to our members. You will have the opportunity to connect with a diverse clientele, and help them achieve their fitness and wellness goals. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour work day, which will include teaching scheduled classes, session preparation, and member engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Class Instruction**: Lead a variety of motivating and effective Pilates classes (e.g., Mat Pilates, Reformer) for different skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
- **Client Safety & Assessment**: Ensure a safe exercise environment by demonstrating proper techniques, providing modifications, and conducting basic client assessments.
- **Program Development**: Assist in developing and scheduling a diverse range of Pilates classes that meet the needs of our members.
- **Member Engagement**: Build strong, positive relationships with members, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a supportive and inclusive studio atmosphere.
- **Studio Maintenance**: Ensure the Pilates studio and equipment are clean, organized, and well-maintained before and after each class.
- **Promotion**: Act as an ambassador for the gym and the Pilates program, helping to promote classes and attract new participants.

**What We're Looking For (Qualifications)**:

- A recognized certification in Pilates instruction (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT, PMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching group Pilates classes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, new environment.
- Availability to work an 8-hour daily schedule, which will include early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends based on the class timetable.
