Senior Operations Specialist

We are looking for a senior Operations Specialist to join Depo. You will be the focal point between the different department within Depo. You will be responsible for coordination between supply chain and fleet departments. In addition to that, you will facilitate the workflow between warehouse and suppliers. If you are result-oriented and have excellent organizational skills, we’d like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Carry out regular audits/spot checks to ensure the quality of the process and provide clear and visible feedback on findings.
- Ensure all customer's orders are delivered on time with the right qty and condition.
- Liaise with appropriate departments to avoid any delays, or issues.
- Follow up on the fleet and organize their trips to have a clear path.
- Make sure that the warehouse supplies are up to date.
- Follow up on the procurement workflow.
- Coordinate with suppliers to deliver shipments.
- Periodic checkup on Depo’s cars and assets for continuous maintenance.
- Be responsible for government relations and regulations to issue licenses.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a senior operations specialist.
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or any relevant field.
- B2B e-commerce previous experience is a big plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes.
- Good in English.
- Excellent inventory management.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
