**Position Overview**:
The Sales Manager at Matar Al Baqmi Holding Company plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our diversified portfolio within the automotive, engineering, agricultural, and industrial sectors. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented leader who can develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and lead a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and market penetration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities within the industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and enhance product offerings.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and analyze data to drive informed business decisions.
- Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and oversee the sales pipeline and customer acquisition processes.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company and its products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations in sales activities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably within industrial, agricultural, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in target-driven environments and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and prospects.
