Math Instructor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality math lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to engage students and enhance learning.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, tests, assignments, and class participation.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Offer extra help sessions or tutoring as needed.
- Stay current with developments in math education and integrate relevant tools and technologies.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and participate in staff meetings and training.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or Engineering
- Teaching certification/license (if applicable).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.
