**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all phases of cable-stayed bridge projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise the implementation of project plans and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with standard specifications and local codes as set by the Ministry of Transport and Logistics in Saudi Arabia.
- Conduct field and laboratory examinations and tests for all structural and civil elements related to cable-stayed bridge projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate project objectives.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate progress and challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- International certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in cable-stayed bridge projects.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management and supervision in the construction industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local Saudi codes and standards, as well as international specifications.
- Proven experience in all field and laboratory testing related to structural and civil elements of bridge projects.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
