We’re searching for a **Application Specialist** to join our **Professional Services** team, so that we can ensure seamless delivery and implementation of software solutions for our clients. The **Application Specialist** will support the execution of client projects by gathering requirements, configuring and testing systems, and facilitating smooth client onboarding to strengthen our impact on healthcare safety and operations.

**How You’ll Spend Your Time**:

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements in order to guide solution configuration.
- Configure RLDatix systems or software to align with project and client specifications.
- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client needs.
- Prepare project documentation including training materials, user guides, and requirements summaries to support client education and internal alignment.
- Deliver training sessions and assist in client onboarding to ensure effective adoption of implemented solutions.

**What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having**:

- 3-4 years of experience in software implementation or a similar role, ideally within the healthcare or IT industry.
- Proven success in supporting end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to go-live support.
- In-depth knowledge of software implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Ability to commute to Riyadh two days a week if applicable.
- Sincere interest in improving healthcare operations and patient safety.
- A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional and client-facing environments.
